I listen to a lot of jazz sometimes which this image was influenced by

image 8; I was playing around with Fauvism and trying to express colour.

image 7; strongly influenced by Matisse

image 6; I was looking at Andre Derain and trying to play with colours and Expressionism

image 5: this is also influenced by Matisse. The colours appealed to me because they are so calming.

image 4: this was conceived just at the break of the winter when the colours changed

image 3; Matisse always talked about expressing yourself which is what I tried to do here.
